The Beta Nit team is multi-disciplinary and flexible. It is made up of three partners, two of which are operational, and of a series of external staff. The operational staff are also the company’s managers: Giulio Maria Podestà and Michele P. Ferrari.
In 1998 he graduated in Architecture at Milan Polytechnic, with a dissertation entitled "Natural light simulator for architectural applications".
Offered lighting consulting for banks, museums, churches and public administrations. Since 1981 he has developed software mainly in C, python and bash in Linux/Unix. As a self-taught man, he developed the skills to design and manufacture prototypes for electronic (analogical and digital) and optical devices.
He is an active member of IES, SPIE and works with the IESNA Daylighting Commission. Former member of AIDI from 1998 to 2006. Honorary Fellow at the Architecture Design Department of Milan Polytechnic.

Shortly after graduating in Mechanical engineering, robotics branch, he won a European research scholarship to develop particle-based CAD software applications for the simulation of non rigid bodies for the automotive sector. Successively, he left the world of academic research and became project engineer in leading machinery manufacturing companies of the automation sector, where he distinguished himself for his skills in the technical, mechanical and IT sectors as well as in project management.
She has a diploma as electronic and technical engineer, with experience in the design and development of lighting equipment. She also offers consultancy in lighting technology. She is currently enrolled in the decoration course at the Fine Art Academy of Brera under the supervision of professor Marco Pellizzola.
She exhibited some of her work in collective shows in Los Angeles, Beijing and Milan.
